Our purpose
We see the purpose of the Manilla Anglican Parish as being: to glorify God by sowing and watering Christ-centred gospel seeds; lovingly incorporating God’s people into fellowship; nurturing them in Christ-like maturity; and equipping them for loving ministry and mission.
Meet the Minister
Rev. Dave Fisher is the Minister of the Manilla Anglican Parish. After working in the sheep and cattle industries in the Northern Tablelands, Dave completed an MTS position before heading to Bible College in Sydney. He and his family returned to serve in the Armidale Diocese and have enjoyed ministry in Manilla for over a decade. Why not come along to meet Dave and his family and join us for Church on Sunday?
About the Parish
Manilla Anglican Parish is part of the Armidale Anglican Diocese and includes Manilla, Attunga, Somerton & Halls Creek. We are committed to faithful, applied Bible teaching, which has at its heart, the good news of forgiveness of sins through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He gave his life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45). Whoever puts their trust in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16).
